Oslo-Gebiet  -  Vulkanite  -  Rhombenporphyr RP2

RP2a: "The lower type of RP2 carries scattered small and irregular feldspar phenocrysts. This type is charakterized by its twinned phenocrysts. Every crystal is twinned in some way, and star slusters containing up to twelve twinned individuels are fairly frequent. The Baveno twin law plays an important role." (Holtedahl & Dons 1966, S. 76)
